Melissa Keehn (she/her)
Melissa Keehn is a SSHRC-funded PhD student in Education at the University of New Brunswick. Her doctoral work includes researching the intersections of participatory visual research, critical studies, gender, sexuality, DIY art production and activism, and sexuality education.
Julie Morris (they/them)
Julie Morris is the Collections Analysis and Bibliometrics Librarian at the University of New Brunswick, as well as a PhD student in Interdisciplinary Studies. Julie is engaged in local and regional organizations, such as leading as the Chair of the Council of Atlantic Academic Libraries (CAAL-CBPA) Scholarly Communications Committee; the Faculty Co-Chair for the 203 Centre for Gender and Sexual Diversity; and as a board member for the Queer Heritage Initiative of New Brunswick (QHINB).
Dr. Casey Burkholder
Dr. Casey Burkholder is an Associate Professor at the University of New Brunswick, interested in critical teacher-education, and participatory visual research. In choosing a research path at the intersection of resistance&activism, gender, sexuality, DIY media-making, art production and participatory archiving, Casey engages in research for social change through participatory visual approaches to local issues with youth and pre-service teachers.
